We are committed to selling high-quality jewelry and gemstones, we hope you'll enjoy your purchase but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your jewelry when it arrives and report any damage to us immediately.
If you change your mind.
Within 7 days
- Everything we sell is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee, for a full refund
- If you'd like to return something, please contact us to confirm your intention of returning the jewelry item. We will also recommend a return method of shipping based on your jewelry items value.
Exceptions
- Special order items, unless agreed to at time of purchase special order items are non returnable.
- International shipments (item can be returned but shipping both ways is paid by purchaser)
Your refund
- You will receive a refund for the item, and shipping both ways once the item is received.
- Your method of payment will be the method of refund for example if you use PayPal you will be credited through PayPal
Shipping
- Please make sure to return the jewelry using a tracking method such as Canada Post XpressPost, or United States Priority Mail
- For items over $1000 please contact us first.
